The aim of the Nursing Education Department is to empower RCH nurses to achieve excellence in their professional practice through the provision of quality education and professional development opportunities and working along side nurses promoting excellent clinical practice.

Nursing Research

The Nursing Research Department at RCH is integrally connected to clinical practice. The department partners with Nursing and our multi-disciplinary team to improve the uptake of evidence into practice and to facilitate generation of new evidence through research.
